SALON POLICIES
Refund
We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating have been applied. No refund will be given after you have left the salon.
Our Guarantee
We take pride in our skill and ability to keep you at peace. This is why we offer a 3-day guarantee for all services. Breaking, chipping, lifting and peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment with the nail technician that initial your service to waive any additional charge otherwise you will pay full price for your fixes.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Personal items
We are not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged, lost or stolen during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.
Right to refuse services
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Cancellation
We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice if you cancel your appointment.
Children
Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them.
Late arrivals
We know life is busy & things happen unexpectedly, which is why we allow a 10-minute window for our latecomers before we are forced to reschedule you, in order to keep our next client on schedule.
Pricing
Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail tech before receiving the services.
